Good to know
Equipped with a full kitchen including toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishwasher, fridge and outdoor grill. Home has central air and ceiling fans. Great back yard that includes a built in pool and wonderfully comfortable screened porch. New comfy beds for a great nights sleep after your day of recreation(King, Queen & 2 Twins). Smart TV (Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Bedroom 2) and Wifi throughout the home. Easy, one level living in this bright airy home. Sheets and towels are all included as well as the use of the washer and dryer if needed. And, of course, we provide all the beach essentials like towels and chairs for your use while you are our guests. This is a smoke-free property, no pets and no parties are allowed.
House Rules
No parties, no smoking and no pets. Also, we ask that you wipe down counters, put dishes in the dishwasher, and if any excess dirt is brought into the home that you sweep or vacuum before you check out.
Other Details to Note
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. There is no on street parking for additional cars. Pool heating, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas as well as bikes are provided as part of the 3% resort fee.

Or, you can stay around and enjoy the shopping and many restaurants, breweries and coffee shops just a few blocks away. Also, Spring Training baseball opportunities include the Blue Jays and Phillies nearby.

Uber and Lyft are readily available. Also, the ferry service from Dunedin harbor takes you to Clearwater beach in season. There's even a trolly from downtown Dunedin that you can catch through the coastal towns and beaches. Also, our town features the Pinellas trail for biking and walking. Parking in Dunedin is free, so if you decide to drive there, you’re in luck!
