We had a very pleasant stay. It felt like home. Our accommodations had everything we needed, it even had a highchair and port-a crib that we used. Having the grill and the pool was a big plus, the kids used the pool every day. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were perfect for our families. We got to enjoy our kids and grandchildren and also hosted a dinner for our Florida family, we also got to catch a few Phillies games! Went to the beach, and went to see the sunset on the water nearby. Fun was had by all! Looking forward to next time!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and beautifully set up. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool often! The location was convenient with everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds were so comfortable! The host was very responsive as well. We would love to go back!

Stayed at the Modern Costal properties with my wife and dog and loved the backyard and how prepared everything was in the house. The area was quite even though we were on a corner. A quick 9 minute drive into Dunedin and short 30 minute drive into Tampa. All the areas we explored were very pet friendly. The easiness of the house was excellent. We will be staying with Modern Costal Properties at either this same location or another. Everything was superb.

The cottage was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as pictured and even better. It was easy to communicate with the owners. We will stay again!

Super cute house with everything we needed, and the Christmas tree made it especially cozy for the holidays. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the cold front, but the backyard was beautiful and relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Peter's place was an excellent place to stay. The house is roomy and nicely appointed. Located in a nice neighborhood and convenient to stores and downtown. The pool was very private and nice and warm as well. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend..just book it.

Great communication from the hosts. Very informative and quick to reply. The house was so cute and stocked well with everything you need….from dishes to beach chairs/towels/umbrella. Beds were very comfy and the pool was great! We loved our stay here in Dunedin and would stay here again!
