Super cute house with everything we needed, and the Christmas tree made it especially cozy for the holidays. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because of the cold front, but the backyard was beautiful and relaxing. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We arrived near midnight and had zero issue finding the house or gaining entry, and oddly; it felt like our home , and we were just returning from a long day away. Everything you need is a 6 minute drive away. Every message I sent to Modern Coastal Properties was responded to within 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again. The place is very modern and very clean.

We came here for BMX Grands and Thanksgiving. It was everything we needed and it was clean! We enjoyed the table that sat our family of 5 with room, the extra living space, and being close to the stadium and shopping. Super responsive hosts as well!

Our stay overall was pleasant! The place was clean, just as described and the host was super nice. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to check out the game room but I’m sure it was just as nice as the house. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe at all times. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time at this location everything was perfect. Stores were right around the corner and we were by everything we needed. I’ll definitely be returning to this property again for my next trip to Florida

Peter's place was an excellent place to stay. The house is roomy and nicely appointed. Located in a nice neighborhood and convenient to stores and downtown. The pool was very private and nice and warm as well. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend..just book it.

Our stay at this lovely home was nothing short of fantastic! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The house was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location on South Sandusky Avenue was perfect for us—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive away from all the action in downtown Tulsa. The host was wonderful—responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions for everything. We particularly loved the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen, and the charming outdoor space. It truly felt like a "home away from home." We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to Tulsa and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone! Five stars all around.

Great communication from the hosts. Very informative and quick to reply. The house was so cute and stocked well with everything you need….from dishes to beach chairs/towels/umbrella. Beds were very comfy and the pool was great! We loved our stay here in Dunedin and would stay here again!

Great stay! Great location…. Close to beaches, convenient to Clearwater and downtown Tampa. Loved Dunedin and all its cute charm. We had a perfect girls weekend stay and the hosts were super welcoming and answered all my questions as I was booking a last minute trip. I would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.
