I can’t say enough about this home. We had a wonderful stay, home was clean and close to the beach. The pool was a huge plus. My family and I agree it’s the nicest AirBNB we’ve stayed at.

This place was stunning. From the pool to comfy beds! Great location only minutes away from stores, restaurants, and beaches! My family really enjoyed everything! Definitely will return. Indian Rocks beach was our favorite the sunset there was amazing.

Our stay was great! The house was exactly as pictured, the pool was wonderful. Short drive to the beach. Perfect for a family..pack n play and booster kitchen seat were a plus!

This place is amazing. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. The house is super cozy and modern. The pool was awesome. My daughters loved it. It was close to honeymoon island and close to all restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely loved this spot, the bed was super comfy and had plenty of blankets which I loved. Pool was awesome and the outdoor screened in area came in handy with the rain. We had everything we needed & more. Thanks so much for hosting us!!!! Highly recommend.

Modern Coastal Properties was everything it claimed to be. The 3 of us enjoyed the screened in back porch along with pleasant evenings. The work space was top notch, and we felt close to everything.

This home was as expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were close to the beach and after a day there, we were able to come back home and enjoy the pool. We were there visiting family also and this home made it very convenient. Thanks for letting us stay and making out stay enjoyable.
