I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and quick response. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing place to stay!

Absolutely loved this spot, the bed was super comfy and had plenty of blankets which I loved. Pool was awesome and the outdoor screened in area came in handy with the rain. We had everything we needed & more. Thanks so much for hosting us!!!! Highly recommend.

Modern Coastal Properties was everything it claimed to be. The 3 of us enjoyed the screened in back porch along with pleasant evenings. The work space was top notch, and we felt close to everything.

This home was as expected and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were close to the beach and after a day there, we were able to come back home and enjoy the pool. We were there visiting family also and this home made it very convenient. Thanks for letting us stay and making out stay enjoyable.

One of the best rental properties we’ve ever stayed in! Modern Coastal Properties truly goes above and beyond. The home was absolutely beautiful — especially the kitchen, which was not only stunning but also fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. There were tons of thoughtful touches throughout the home: pool floats, beach towels, and all the beach essentials were ready to go. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of extra bedding — even a crib for families with little ones. Our kids loved all the games provided, especially corn hole in the backyard. The hosts were amazing — super communicative and kind. They even let us stop by to pick up something we forgot hours after we had already checked out, which was so appreciated. Just an all-around wonderful experience. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

The house was exactly as described and pictures, the back yard was private and clean. We had a minor issue with the sliding door not locking but they sent someone over right away to fix the lock. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with during the stay. The location is great, with many places to visit, eat, and shop close by and just a few minute drive to beautiful beaches. This is probably one of my family’s favorite stays so far!

Great location, near restaurants and shopping! Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The property is immaculate with cute furnishings. Very clean and spacious!! Will definitely be coming back while visiting family in the area.

This was the perfect place for us to stay (4 adults, 2 kids, and an infant). Everything was clean and they provided all the necessities (the pack and play was a big plus!). It was also nice to have all the beach supplies provided for us to use when we made the short drive to Clearwater Beach. We will be back next time!
